Ingredients:
Dough ke liye:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp olive oil/ghee
- ¼ cup water (ya jitna zaroori ho, soft dough banane ke liye)
Filling ke liye:
- ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
- ½ cup grated carrot
- ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum
- ¼ cup finely chopped onions
- 2 tbsp paneer (optional, for protein boost)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp soy sauce (low sodium)
- ½ tsp vinegar
- Salt as per taste
- ½ tsp olive oil
Instructions:
Step 1: Dough Banana Whole wheat flour, salt aur olive oil ko mix karo.
Dheere dheere paani daal kar soft, smooth dough bana lo.
Cover karke 15-20 minutes rest karne do.
Step 2: Filling Prepare Karna Ek pan me olive oil garam karo. Ginger-garlic paste daal kar 30 sec sauté karo.
Chopped veggies daal kar high flame pe 2-3 min tak fry karo taki crunch rahe.
Soy sauce, vinegar, salt aur black pepper daal kar mix karo.
Filling thodi thandi hone do.
Step 3: Momos Shape Karna Dough ko chhoti chhoti balls me divide karo aur patli chapati (small discs) bana lo.
Center me filling rakho, edges ko fold karke momos ka shape de do.
Step 4: Steam Karna Steamer ko grease karo, momos ko 10-12 min tak steam karo jab tak translucent aur cooked na lagne lage.
